SEN Inclusion & Strategy

The responsibility of the SEN and Inclusion Strategy Officer is the strategic development of policy and provision to meet the needs of children and young people with SEN and to take forward Stockport's Inclusion Policy. At the heart of this is the removal of barriers to the presence, participation and achievement of vulnerable children and young people.

Currently, this includes work on the Secondary Behaviour Service Review, Formula Funding for SEN, the 0-19 Learning Strategy and the development of the Partnership for Children with Disabilities.
