Children and Young People's Participation

As part of Aiming High for Disabled Children, Stockport Children’s Disability Partnership work together with Stockport Youth Service to run a representative group of young disabled people.

Called YDP: Working Together for Change, the young people work with the Disability Partnership, the Youth Service, and a range of other organisations to help them plan and deliver better services for disabled children. (‘YDP’ stands for ‘Young Disabled People’).

The group currently meet on the first Tuesday of every month, between 7pm and 9pm.

If you would like to be part of the group or to find out more, please contact:

Paul Jamieson (Stockport Children and Young People’s Disability Partnership)
