Portage is a borough wide Education and support service for Pre School children aged 0-4 years with additional needs / disabilities and their families.

The team of trained Portage Early Education home visitors work in partnership with parents/ carers to offer early intervention via targeted, structured, but flexible programmes aimed at supporting and enhancing the development of play, communication and learning.

Portage also provides support / advice and links into Education for families of children who may have educational support needs.
